Anecon has extensive experience in oil and gas processing/treatment for sweet gas production for export and Independent Power Project supplies. Some of the project experience in Canada involved multi-disciplinary project teams through scoping, design, and construction in conventional gas and shale gas development on multi-well pads, pipelines, field compression, stabilizer installation, and gas gathering systems projects including installation of inlet separation, inlet and sales gas compression, glycol dehydration, condensate stabilization, recycle compressor, produced water and condensate storage facilities, methanol and inhibitor injection facilities, ESD & pressure let down valve package, flare stack and knock-out drums, thermoelectric generator, sand separators, MCC skid, fuel gas and metering stations, BTEX handling facilities, RTU and SCADA facilities.
Upgrade of gas plants, tie-ins, modifications and field additions to gas processing facilities, pipelines and flow lines construction, compression of gas for process purposes, stabilizer installation and gas gathering systems, installation of inlet separation, inlet and sales gas compression, glycol dehydration, condensate stabilization, flare stack and knock-out drums, fuel gas and metering stations, BTEX handling facilities, Inlet Manifold, Indirect & Direct Heaters, Dehydration & Pump Packages, Metering Skids & Compressors, RTU and SCADA facilities- All products are designed and fabricated to the requirements of ASME, ANSI, CSA and project specific international quality assurance and control specifications as required.
Some of the project experience in Nigeria involves the Forcados Yokri Integrated Project (FYIP) and the OML 18 Asset for Eroton E&P acquired from Shell Nigeria. The FYIP involves primarily the upgrade of the North Bank and Yokri Flow Stations and green field additions to CPF gas processing facilities. The main objectives of this scope among others are to achieve: Compression of Gas for process purposes, sales of export gas to the Nigerian Domestic Gas market, and reduction of flaring by recovery of associated gas. The project also entails the processing/treatment of over 40 million barrels of oil and the installation of the Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Central Compression Facility (CCF). The Eroton OML 18 projects involve the Coordination with cross-functional team members in designing plans for additions and modifications to company gas facilities and facility systems, including new drills and workover projects for optimum cost, which ramped up production from 30,000BOPD to 50,000 BOPD within two years.

The Gbaran Ubie Early Production (EPF) Facility is designed to supply 80mmscfd of gas to the power plant. Wet gas from 10-inch flowlines is treated and exported through 12-inch lines to the power plant. The EPF is also served by two condensate disposal pipelines which will export liquid to the flowstation and manifold away from Gbaran.
